Surface treatment technology of tungsten carbide round bar and its influencing factors

Cemented carbide round bar is a commonly used material with a wide range of applications in industrial production. In order to improve the surface properties and extend the service life of Cemented Carbide Round Bar, surface treatment technology is needed. The common surface treatment techniques for tungsten carbide round bars mainly include polishing, pickling, plating and sandblasting.

The composition and structure of Cemented Carbide materials have a greater influence on the surface treatment technology. For example, the concentration of acidic solution, temperature and time during pickling will affect the pickling effect and speed. Sandblasting sand particle size, sandblasting pressure and sandblasting time and other parameters will affect the sandblasting effect and surface quality.
